Two Challenges, One Day

In addition to my personal shoe challenge, I have decided, once again, to take the crazy path at the gym and participate in the "Holiday Trimmings" challenge. Like before... eight weeks, crazy hard work, strict meal plans, focus, dedication and determination.

How can I have a great turkey day, birthday, xmas and new years? Easy- preparation.  Failing to prepare is preparing to fail.  I have total control over what I do or do not eat or drink on all of these days and I can have a genuinely good time with my friends and family without binging.
